She married Clyde White in 1948. Florence and Clyde have four children, Joan Murphy and husband Mark, of Uniontown, Ohio, Susan Hummel and husband Rodney, of the Culver area, Randy White and wife Jeanine, of rural New Cambria, and Marilyn Weller and husband Chris, of Tonganoxie.

Florence spent many years as a homemaker and farm assistant on the family farm east of New Cambria. She was a Realtor in Salina from the mid-1970’s to the late 1990s. She also provided private home care for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Clyde, of the home; four children; sister, Anna Marie Goss, of Troy; nine grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, John and Carl Gotti.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina 67401. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Florence White Memorial Scholarship fund and may be left at or sent in care of the mortuary.
