Hazel M. Burkle, 86, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010. She was born Dec. 20, 1923, in Marion County. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; and two sons, Keith and Michael. Survivors include: three daughters, Pat Henry, Susan Thornburg and Marlene Wilson; three brothers, Milton Redger, Dallas Redger and Lorenz Redger; one sister, Enid Jesse; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, with burial at Elm Springs Cemetery, Roxbury. Memorials may be made to the Hazel Burkle Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
