Throughout his life, Paul worked in sales.

He enjoyed airplanes and became a pilot so he could fly in his spare time.

Survivors include Mary L. Flynn; three sons, John T. Flynn, James P. Flynn and Matthew K. Flynn; a daughter, Mary K. Hansen; a brother, Charles H. Flynn; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
