Anna J. (Martin) Powell died on Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born September 10, 1945 in Manhattan, Kansas to Lyman and Gertie Martin.

Survivors include her son Jared Maginness (Mary) of Newton and brothers: K. Lee Martin of Topeka and Paul "Buster" Martin of Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters: Bonita, Edith and Theresa and three brothers: Lyman, Larry and Robert.

Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned. A private family gathering is being held.
