Brandon L. Doherty

Brandon L. Doherty, 37, of Salina, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024.  He was born on June 3, 1987, to James and Vicki (Small) Doherty.  Brandon was an all around athlete, he grew up playing football and baseball.  He also enjoyed playing racquetball, and loved fishing and hunting.  He was a hard working craftsman who critiqued every little detail.  His greatest passion was being a father to his children.

Survivors include his father, James Doherty; mother, Vicki Ryan; stepfather, Kent Whitehair, all of Salina; son, Finley; stepchildren, Alec, Quincy, and Wylder; brothers, Kirklan Pauli (Ali), of Osage City, Ryan Doherty (Nicole), of Clifton, and Dillon Whitehair (Haley), of Hope; grandmother, Janee Doherty; and many aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim Doherty, Guy and Sandra Small.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Ryan Mortuary.
