David W. Nely

SALINA - David W. Nely, age 71, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Wesley Hospital, Wichita, KS. He was born March 24, 1950 in Wichita KS to Winfred and Betty (DeBus) Nely.

David was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Regina (Thall) Nely; Sister, Melody Gibert (husband Forest); sons, Jeremy Nely (wife Elizabeth) and Nathan Nely (wife Rebecca);Daughter, Lisa (Thall) Gropp and Son, Tom Thall; Grandchildren,   Alexander, Jackson, Isabel, Eternity, Derek and Christopher, and Casey. Great grandchild, Lilyan.

Memorial mass will be 10 am, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 with a rosary at 9:30 at Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Queen of the Universal Catholic Church and sent in care of Ryan Mortuary.  No visitation as cremation was chosen.

Due to the pandemic family has requested that mask be worn and social distancing be used.
