Dixon "Mickey" Loveall Obituary

SALINA, KS - Dixon "Mickey" Loveall passed away August 3, 2022 at the age of 85 while at his home.  He was born on February 2,1937 in Zanesville, Ohio, Mickey was the son of Orville (Jiggs) and Beulah (Loveall) Lent.

He is survived by his loving wife Diana Loveall whom he married October 23, 2000. His family liked to joke that after 4 attempts he finally found one that could tame him.

His children by order of age are Eugene (Lapita) Smith of Arizona, Richard "Gene" Loveall of Ohio, Debbie (Ken) Rupke of Kansas, Brenda (Shawn) Anderson of Minnesota, Cindy (Jeff) Clossman of Ohio, and Dawn (Roger) Weber of Virginia. As well as many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. One sister Sheila K Nichols of Texas also survive him.

He was preceded in death by his Parents along with two Brothers Harvey and Richard Lent

Mickey was very proud of his years in the United States Air Force, where he retired after 20 years as a Master Sargent. He then went on to a second career at OCCK where he later retired after an additional 21 years.

Mickey enjoyed his years as an active member of the Local Moose Lodge providing fellowship and service to the community. He loved children, dogs of all kinds and NASCAR. And had a lifelong crush on the great Loretta Lynn. Mickey lived a good life, he was loved by many, and will be greatly missed!

Services will be Tuesday, August 9 at 10:30 a.m. at Ryan Mortuary. Inurnment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
