Donna graduated from Jamestown High School in Jamestown, Kansas where she used one of her many talents in leading the marching band as the Drum Majorette, a job she did with great pride and grace. Following graduation, she married the love of her life Delbert Lefort on September 25, 1954. She worked most of her life as a bookkeeper/business manager at various companies including her husband and son’s petroleum business, D & S Service.

Her greatest passion was attending anything involving her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whether that be sporting events or vocal, band and dance competitions, she was always there front and center cheering them on. Donna had many hobbies and interests such as dancing, traveling, and playing card or dice games with family and friends.
