Everett Boyle Obituary

Everett E. Boyle, born July 9, 1937 to Ethmer and Ardith (Wilcoxson) Boyle at Osborne, KS passed away June 10, 2022. Everett served in the USN 1955-1959 and retired from City of Salina General Services in 1997.

Married in 1961, he and Dorothy (Ahrens) raised five children: Donna (Dennis) Reedy, Concordia, Shirley (Kevin) McLeighton, Salina, Diane, deceased, Eric (Crystal), Salina, and Mark (Janelle), Salina. They enjoy grandchildren Erin, Adam, Matt, Emily, Jessica, Kathryne, Ashley, Aurora and Addison; and great grandchildren Zypher, Carter and Graham. A sister Linda Kimes and her husband Harv reside in Beatrice NE.

Everett spent time with Boy Scouts, amateur radio, antique cars, square dancing and playing cards. He volunteered at Rolling Hills Zoo, was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church and the American Legion.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Ryan Mortuary. Graveside service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 16 at Fairview Cemetery, Osborne County, KS.
