Obituary
Jeffery Scott Long, 65, of Salina, passed away February 22, 2023. He was born April 1, 1957. He worked at Holiday Mansions for 17 years making luxury house boats. He then worked for USD 305 Salina Central High School as a custodian for 19 years before retiring.
Jeffery was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylen L. and Bonnie R. (Fritz) Long. Survivors include his daughter, Krystal Long of Salina; granddaughter, Koral Long; granddaughter, Kanyon Illingworth; grandson, Thaddeus Illingworth; and granddaughter, Athea Illingworth all of Salina; sisters, Marla (Dan) Murry of Salina, Valeri (Bryan) Sandmeier of Maryville, TN, Kelley (Hassan) Sayyar of Monticello, AR, and Cindy (John) Charles of Salina; two great grandchildren, Samara and Everett Cruz of Salina; eight nieces & nephews; eight great nieces & nephews & many cousins.
Visitation will be Friday, March 17, 2023, from 4-8 pm. A Celebration of life will be at 2 pm, Saturday, March 18, 2023 both at Ryan Mortuary.
