Jeffery Chad Vidricksen

Jeffery Chad Vidricksen, 67, died Sept. 18, 2022. He was born November 22, 1954 to Benjamin and Lola (Nienke) Vidricksen. He graduated from Salina High School South in 1972. Jeff had a passion for Harley Davidson’s and gained so many friends through all the years of riding. He was the proud owner of V’s Hawg Trough in Salina, KS in the late 70’s. He then started a beautiful family and was married for 40 years. He later retired from the Kansas Turnpike Authority in Wichita, KS.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Julia Marie Vidricksen. He leaves behind his children; Lisa Vidricksen-DesVeaux, Raleigh, NC; Jeffery D. Vidricksen (Erika), Portland, OR; Jacey Vidricksen, Wichita, KS, and Chad Collins, Lawrence ; nine grandchildren, Ava, Nolan, Sadie, Lennon, Zalyn and Havyn, Joshua, Leah, Adriana. His siblings are Nancy Richardson, Jan (Marvin) Mattison, Benjamin (Karen) Vidricksen, Penelope Monroe and half sister, Cecelia Newberry (Mike); several nieces and nephews and friends and family through EBL.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2022 at Emmanuel Salina, 1325 East Cloud Street. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery, New Cambria, KS. Friends may call at Ryan Mortuary from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
