Obituary

Jerry Lee Nyberg, 83, Salina, died Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Mr. Nyberg was born Jerry Lee Nyberg on December 11, 1938, in Clay Center, Kansas to Clifford L. and Catherine V. (Hannebaum).

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim.  Survivors include a daughter, Kristen Sorth (Michael) of St. Louis, Missouri; a sister, Judy Rosebrook of Salina, and his grandson, Jackson of St. Louis, Missouri.   

Jerry loved feeding the birds and squirrels, Pizza Hut pizza, meat lovers with extra onions, and watching football and movies.  

A graveside service and burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 3rd in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina, Kansas.

Memorials may be made to the Audubon Society.
