Juan Carlos Luna Sánchez

Juan Carlos Luna Sánchez, 60, of Salina, passed away August 29th of 2025 at Salina regional next to his daughter Nefertiti Luna. He was born January 31st of 1965 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico. Juan and his wife Rosenda Luna just celebrated 35 years of marriage on August 4th.

Juan lived in Salina with his wife, Rosenda, and their son, Juan Angel Luna .

Juan loved his daughter, and his grandkids, Juan Luna, Carlos Schnaus and Daxton Schnaus. Juan enjoyed horseback riding and his pet chickens. Before going on disability, Juan worked at Schwan’s here in Salina. Juan was a very loved patient at the Fresenius Dialysis Center here in Salina. 

Juan's smile would light up the room wherever he went. He was a very loving and caring friend who was always willing to help someone in need. 

Visitation will be Thursday, September 4, from 5-7 pm, with Rosary at 7 pm, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salina. The Funeral Mass will be at 10 am, Friday, September 5, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salina.
