Mark Alan Beardslee

Mark Alan Beardslee, age 61, of Salina, KS, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. 

Mark grew up in Hays, KS, where he attended Hays High School & Fort Hays State University. He lived in Bremerton WA, Lawrence, KS - eventually settling in Salina. He enjoyed photography, painting, fishing, and billiards. 

Mark is survived by his sisters, Kelly Ludlow of Salina, and Nancy Howard of Lawrence; his nieces, Rachel Ludlow of Glenwood, IA, Shirley Howard of Lawrence; and his nephew, Elvis Howard, also of Lawrence.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Carroll and Shirley (McElfresh) Beardslee, and his nephew, Ryan Ludlow, all of Hays, KS. 

Our family is grateful to know that Mark is finally at peace. He will be dearly missed. 

Mark will be laid to rest at Fairport Cemetery in Russell County, KS. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.
