Martha Velasquez Reyna

Martha Velasquez Reyna, 84, of Salina, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025.  She was born in Peidras Negro Mexico, on July 29, 1940.  Martha enjoyed gardening and thrifting.

She is survived by her son Jesus Reyna, of Salina; daughter, Delia Velasquez-Pham, of Beverly; sister, Marialuisa Martinez, of Salina; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Benito S and Maria C Velasquez; son, Joe G. Reyna and Israel Reyna; daughter, Rosalinda Reyna; brothers, Juan Contreras, Rudy Contreras, Santo Contreras, Silvester Contreras, Benito Velasquez Jr., and Fred Velasquez.

Vigil will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, February 23, at Sacred Heart Cathedral. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2025 at Sacred Heart Cathedral.
