Obituary
SALINA – Nancy C. Hulsey, 80, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023. She was born on April 9, 1943 in Atchison, KS to Walter and Grace (Paige) Pennington.
In her younger years Nancy proudly served in the US Army. Later in life she loved to play bingo and was a regular at all the bingo halls in Salina. Nancy always had an open door to family and friends. Everyone was welcome at her house and she was lovingly called Grandma by her family and all the neighborhood children.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, William Hulsey in 1989.
She is survived by her children, Bill Hulsey, Scott Hulsey, Robert Hulsey, Kevin Hulsey, Wanda Westby; and numerous loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Ryan Mortuary. Burial will be private at Fort Riley Post Cemetery, Fort Riley, KS.
