Rebecca Loe

Rebecca Loe, 71 Salina, died Saturday March 22, 2025.  She was born March 25, 1953, to Delmar and Ila (James) Loe in Beloit, Ks.

Rebecca spent her younger years growing up in Glasco, Ks where she was involved in many activities before graduating from Glasco High in 1971.   She moved to California, staying for a number of years before moving back to Lyons, Ks where she worked for the city of Lyons.  Then she lived in Manhattan while working for Kansas State University admissions department. From there she attended Kansas Wesleyan in Salina, Ks earning a teaching degree. Then eventually working for Phillips Seed Co until her retirement in 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents Delmar and Ila Loe.

Survivors include daughter Becky (Tony), sisters Regina (Mark) Darnall, Roberta Griest, brothers Delmar (Kathy), Douglas (Barbara) and Darrin (Mary).  She had 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, March 28, 2025, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 8th St., Salina, Ks. Inurnment will take place, after the service at 1 p.m., at the Glasco Cemetery, 550 Clay Rd, Glasco, KS.
