Renee Dannelley Atwill

July 11th, 1956 – September 30th, 2021

Renee Dannelley Atwill was born on July 11th, 1956 in McPherson, Kansas to Donald and Dona (Pigg) Dannelley. She graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1974. After attending Hutch JuCo, Renee went on to the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, graduating in 1981. She was a pharmacist for 34 years, serving the communities of Salina and Lindsborg. Renee married Don Atwill in 1989 in Salina, where they raised three children. Renee passed away in her home surrounded by family.  

She was preceded in death by both parents. She is survived by her husband Don; children Cameron, Morgan, and Kelsey; granddaughters Pax, Layla, and Alani; a brother Shell (Luciana) of Texas.

A Celebration of Life reception will be held on Sunday, October 24, from 1-4 p.m., at Courtyard by Marriott, 3020 Riffel Dr, Salina, Kansas, 67401.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salina Emergency Aid Food Bank and the Salina Animal Shelter.
