Sandther "Candi" Phanthakeo

Sandther "Candi" Phanthakeo, 30, Arkansas City, KS. died August 9, 2025.  She was born October 26, 1994 in Fresno, California. She is the daughter of Bouavone and Pheng (Rordsalee) Phanthakeo.

She is survived by her husband, Troy Mueller her parents; father, Bouavone Phanthakeo, and mother, Pheng Rordsalee, her siblings, from oldest to youngest: brother, Deth Rordsalee, sister, Heather Rordsalee, brother, Victor Phanthakeo, brother, Saengphet Soulivong,  and, brother, Xaya Soulivong. Her neices and nephews are Angellina, Elyve, Alex, Seth, Lynnex, and Leonna.

And Sandther’s beloved dogs: Audi, Koda, Misty, and Cookie.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
