Scott Holt Obituary

Scott Alan Holt, 52, of Salina, Kan., passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022. He was born on August 2, 1970, on a U.S. Army base near Wurzburg, Germany, to Peter Alan and Joyce (Christensen) Holt.

Scott worked in Salina for many years at Crossroads Collision and Crestwood, and recently at Coperion K-Tron.

Scott was a devoted husband and father. He and Stephanie celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary in June 2022. He loved his kids with a fierceness that showed every day, and he was their biggest fan in everything they did.

Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Stephanie (Begnoche) Holt; daughter, Aundie Davis; son, Alan Peter Holt; brother, Terry Holt (Kathy); sister, Kathryn Hird (Lynn); sister-in-law, Nancy Holt; nieces, Dawn Hieb (Tony) and their daughter, Lizzie, Lara Holt, and Shelby Holt; nephews, Steven and Scott Michael Bussiere, and Luke Holt; step-mother, Jane Holt; his loving step-sisters; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Curtis Holt; and nephew, Ryan Bussiere.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1000 Burr Oak Ln, Salina, with a light lunch and refreshments to follow in the Parish Hall.

Memorials may be made to the Salina Animal Shelter, care of Ryan Mortuary.
