Mrs. Daily was born Evangeline M. Johnson on July 25, 1923, in Salina. She was a homemaker and worked as inventory clerk for Salina Supply for 10 years.

Survivors include her husband, Blaine E., of Salina; a son, Steven E. Daily and wife Heike of Salina; two daughters, Janice K. Everhart and husband Michael of Salina and Jean M. Haney and husband Ike Chappell of Fairfax, Va.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Salina. Private inurnment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the church.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
