LAWRENCE -- Martha S. Johnson, 88, Lawrence, formerly of Salina, died Friday, Dec. 31, 2004. Mrs. Johnson was born Martha S. Hartley on Feb. 22, 1916, in Bavaria. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil N.; and two daughters, Lana Kay Johnson and Lorena Jane Fisher. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Nelson of Lawrence and Norma Friend of Olathe; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, Salina. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. |
