Mr. O'Brien was born May 4, 1913, in Salina. He was a retired driver for Santa Fe Trailway Trucking.

Survivors include his wife, Lenice Jean, of the home.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Mary's Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, Salina. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

There will be a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
