Mrs. O'Connor was born Rita M. Kelley on Sept. 12, 1920, in Junction City. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, in 2003.

Survivors include three daughters, Karen Robben and husband Leroy and Patricia O'Connor, all of Salina, and Peggy O'Connor-Powell and husband Larry of Wichita; and a grandson, Patrick Robben of Salina.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, Salina. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Chapman.

A vigil will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church endowment fund.
