Mr. Wells was born March 31, 1928, at Roadhouse, IL. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad as a lineman and retired in 1988.

He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Steven Wells, in 1955.

Survivors include his wife, Donna M., of the home; four sons, Martin of Brookville, Glen and Gary, both of Salina, and Robert of Germany; two daughters, Judith of Wichita and Kim Grubb of Salina; five brothers, Ray, Ned, Russell, David and Leonard, all of Illinois; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the Glenn M. Wells Memorial Fund.

Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and prior to the service on Friday.
