Mr. Fagan was born Jan. 31, 1978, in Salina. He was a landscaper for Earthcare Services. He enjoyed doing electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing work. He was a musician and played drums, guitar, violin and clarinet and was also an author and poet.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Paige Leann Fagan, in 2003.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Roger and Dana Fagan, of Minneapolis; his mother, Denise K. Hoover, of Salina; two brothers, Dale Stephen Kvasnicka and Shawn O. Kvasnicka, both of Salina; a stepbrother, Darcy Brown of Burlington; a stepsister, Danelle Brown of Salina; his daughter's mother, Tammy O'Dell, of St. John; his grandparents, Dale and Phyllis Hoover of Salina; and his companion, Jeanette Denise Sharp of Salina.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Church of the Cross United Methodist, the Rev. James Graves officiating. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.
