Mrs. Johnston was born Hazel Irene Dorsett on Sept. 27, 1924, in Eureka. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert.

Survivors include a son, Clark and wife Susan of Aurora, Colo.; a daughter, Karen Griffith and husband Larry of Galva; two brothers, Everett Dorsett of Dalhart, Texas, and Arthur Dorsett of Eureka; two sisters, Sue Rigdon of Terra Bonne, Ore., and Myrna Lane of Eureka; five grandchildren, Amber Easley of McPherson, Kara Harper of Westminster, Colo., and Keilly, Kale and Kollin Johnston, all of Aurora; four great-grandchildren, Acacia, Jordan and Kadence, all of Westminster; and Derek Johnston of Aurora.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 5th at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
