Mrs. Smith was born Donna E. Allcock on May 12, 1946, in Maysville, Mo. She worked as assistant manager for Walthers Oil Co., in Salina.

Survivors include three sons, Greg Boucher of Maysville, Mo., Johnnie Smith of Montana and Jason Smith of Hillsboro; four daughters, Sonja Sloan of St. Joseph, Mo., Angela Duncan of Topeka, and Tammy Walburn and Stacy Smith, both of Salina; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Cremation will follow the service.
