Mr. Walker was born Oct. 9, 1965, at Salina. He was a material handler for Exide Battery in Salina.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence C. "Walt" Walker, in 2003.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie, of the home; a son, Scotty of the home; a daughter, Samantha of the home; his mother, Wilma Walker of Culver; three brothers, Richard of Culver, Kenneth of Flower Mound, Texas, and Earl of Minneapolis; and four sisters, Judy Lucero of Trinidad, Colo., Melody McKenna of Gypsum, Mary Laflamme of Salina and Tootie Hanson of Culver.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Belmont Boulevard Christian Church, Salina. Cremation will follow the service.

Memorials may be made to the Butch Walker Children's Education Fund, in care of the family.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
