Mrs. Hartman was born Ruth Marie Gfellar on Nov. 9, 1917, in Chapman. She owned and operated ABC Used Furniture, Salina, for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Frank, of Salina; two daughters, Carole Pfeifer and Donna McGovern, both of Salina; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Salina. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Highland Cemetery, Junction City.

Memorials may be made to the church.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.
