Mrs. Johnson was born Lucy Ann Adam on Feb. 1, 1942, in Plainville. She worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. for 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charley, in 2002; her parents, Anthony and Eda Adam; and a sister, Nettie Williams.

Survivors include four brothers, Lee Adam of Salina, Gerald Adam of Manhattan, and Fred Adam and Ken Adam, both of Plainville; and four sisters, Leona McClanahan of Salina, Millie Loiseau of Denver, and Betty Salzman and Maxine Hoeffner, both of Salina.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Salina. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina.

A vigil and rosary service will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Memorials may be made to the church.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
