Mr. Dickey was born Feb. 15, 1938, in Ponca City, Okla. He was a former technician for Salina Office Systems.

Survivors include his wife, Sue, of Salina; two sons, Matthew and Nathan, both of Salina; two sisters, Mary Hobbs of Independence, Mo., and Sue King of Fort Worth, Texas; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Salina Heights Christian Church, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the church.

There will be no visitation. The body was cremated.
