Mrs. Edgington was born Marcella Ann Manhart on Dec. 6, 1933, near Grinnell. She was a retired secretarybookeeper for Jayhawk Roofing, Salina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd M., in 2004; and a brother, Robert, in 2006.

Survivors include a son, Jim of Bentonville, Ark.; two daughters, Diana Booze of Salina and Vicky Melton of Sylvia; two brothers, Ray of Signal Hill, Calif., and Cletus of Silver Lake; a sister, Loretta Schwerdt of Topeka; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary Queen of the Universe Catholic Church, Salina. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Hoxie Cemetery.

A vigil will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
