Mr. McGee was born April 21, 1917 in Salina. He worked as a construction superintendent, retiring in 1981.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Loine, in 2005.

Survivors include one son, Steven McGee and wife Shirley of Brookville; one daughter, Diana Burgess and husband Lee of Oakdale, Connecticut; and three grandchildren, Michael McGee, Lisa Moore and Amy Burgess.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401. Private burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.

Memorials may be made to the National Rifle Association.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the mortuary.
