Mrs. Neil-Winkler was born Brandy Lynn Neil on May 31, 1975, in Fairbanks, Alaska. She was a homemaker.

She married Otto Joseph Earl Winkler on Sept 23, 1995, in Liberal.

She enjoyed working with stained glass, cross-stitching and embroidery.

Survivors include her husband of Derby; two sons, Brady and Caleb of Derby; her parents, Allan and Ginny, of Derby; a brother, Jason of Wichita; her parents-in-law, Ed and Delilah, of Hoisington; her maternal grandparents, Claude and Margaret Blakesley, of Hutchinson; and her paternal grandparents, Helengene and Duke Neil, of Wichita.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Salina Church of Christ, with Jimmie Keas officiating. A graveside ceremony will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Natoma City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Salina Church of Christ Ladies Bible Class.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth, Salina 67401, where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m.
