Lucille M. Boileau
May 26, 1933 - December 14, 2008

Lucille M. Boileau, 75, Salina, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008. She was born May 26, 1933, in Abeerden, S.D., the daughter of William Taylor Robertson and Mary Christine Peterson Robertson.

She and her husband, Don, were cattle and wheat farmers in the Kanopolis area. Lucille worked as a food service supervisor for USD No. 305, managing the kitchen at Salina South High School, and later as head cook for the Geneseo and Little River Grade Schools.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don, in 2000; an infant son, Gary Lee; a brother, Wesley Robertson; and a sister, Jean Green.

She is survived by her sons, Steve and wife Cindy Boileau, of Kanopolis, and Larry Boileau, of Sylvan Grove; daughters, Mary Anna Wolf and husband Carl, of Salina, and Pam Boileau and husband Dana Urbanek, of Marquette; grandchildren, Emily and Jennifer Wolf; and brother, Jack Robertson, of Taft, Texas.

Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Ryan Mortuary, Salina, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, at the mortuary. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Kansas.

The family will receive friends after the cemetery committal service at a reception at Church of the Cross United Methodist Church, 1600 Rush, Salina. Due to the inclimate weather, friends are encouraged to go directly from the funeral to the reception at the church. If you would like to provide a covered dish or dessert to the reception; the courtesy would be appreciated.
