Grace Ann Burkle, 91, of Salina, died March 17, 2008. She was born Grace Wilson
on November 26, 1916, in Carlton, KS. She was a homemaker. Grace was preceded
in death by husband, George Burkle, in 1998; parents,
Andrew & Dora Wilson; three sisters, Cecelia Fitch, Mildred Fairbanks and Merle Duncan; two brothers, Homer and James Wilson; and a great grandson, Jeremy Rush. She is survived by a son, Arnold Burkle (Trudy) of Wichita; three daughters, Shirley Hopkins of Salina, Barbara Eskridge (Bob) of Mascoutah, IL, Mercedes Sayre (Floyd) of Point Pleasant,
WV, Sharmelle Salinas (Angel) of Colby, KS; three brothers, Marvin Wilson of Yorba Linda, CA, Donald
Wilson of Sun City, AZ, Bruce Wilson of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Bernice Pappas
of New Port Richey, FL, Eveline Cochron of Portage, IN; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Temple Church, 9657 S. Amos Rd, Gypsum, KS. Burial in the Temple Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kansas Bible Camp, 4508 W. 56th, Hutchinson,
KS 67502. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening
at the Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. 8th, Salina.
