She was born on March 29, 1912 in Waverly, Kansas to Dr. Frank C. Boggs and Dora Gay Boggs. She was a graduate of Monticello Women’s College in Alton, Illinois and the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin.

She married Arthur B. Dillingham on February 4, 1938 in Topeka, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Boggs; her husband, Arthur B. Dillingham and a grandson, Daniel E. Wenger.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Gay Wenger and husband Leslie E. of Garfield, Arkansas; her son, James W. Dillingham and his wife Colleen of Bend, Oregon; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 308 S. 8th, Salina on Tuesday, January 22nd with the Rev. Tom Reid officiating.
