He is survived by his parents, Donald Lee and Henrietta Huser Herl of Salina; four daughters, Tiffany and spouse Donald Bishop, Salina, Amber and spouse Steve Lamar, Kearney, NE, Shana and spouse Jose Vaquera, Salina, and Shawna Herl, Salina; a brother, Brannon and spouse Michelle Herl, Dallas, TX; three sisters, Kimberly Jackson and fiancé Burt Simpson, Salina, Jody Imler, Topeka, and Danna and spouse Frank Armes, Salina; and five grandchildren, Donald, Christopher, MeKaylah, Gretchen and Kayleigh.

Visitation will be from noon until 8 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. The funeral Mass will be at 10 Saturday morning, Aug. 16, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Cathedral. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
