She was a homemaker and had lived in Salina for 61 years.

Her memberships included St. John's Lutheran Church, Order of the Eastern Star-Harmony Chapter 2, DAR-Mary Wade Strother Chapter and was a lifetime membership in the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul A. Jepsen, in 1990; and a sister, Patricia K. Decker, in 2009.

Survivors include three daughters, Betty A. Brown and husband Dan, Ginny Windholz and husband Ralph Jr. and Gail L. Turner and husband Mark, all of Salina; and three grandchildren, Amy Turner, Lance Turner and Callie Windholz.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina 67401, where family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at the mortuary, with the Rev. Ed Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
