She is survived by her husband, D. Charles, of the home; six daughters, Theresa Towner, of Dallas, Robyn Schiaffano, of Mentor, Keely Denning, of Salina, Cheryl Drouin, of Wichita, Genie Towner, of Salina, and Ruth Towner, of Phoenix; son, David, of Salina; brother, James George, of Maize; sisters, Carol Aramburu, of Wichita, and Nancy George, of Haysville; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina, with the Rev. Paul Robbins officiating. There will be no visitation and the casket will remain closed. Memorials are suggested to the Smoky Hill Genealogical Society. Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina, is in charge of arrangements.
