He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther, in 1989. He is survived by his wife, Michelle, of the home; son, Logan Dean, and daughter, Whitney Marie, both of the home; father, Virgil Stegman and his special friend Bonnie Musfelt, both of Salina; brother, Verlin, of Salina; three sisters, Zandra and husband Chester Rotrock, of Salina, Wanda and husband John Budke, of Lindsborg, and Brenda and husband Danny Nitsch, of Salina; his father and mother-in-law, Dan and Louise Godsey, of Salina; five nieces; four nephews; and one great-nephew.

Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 North Eighth St., Salina, with Father Allen Scheer officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Salina. There will be no visitation. Memorials are suggested to the donor’s choice.
